We provide hassle free leasing of household appliances for Landlord and Letting Agents. This provides a great opportunity to avoid the expensive outlay of white-goods which are now a commonplace requirement within rented accommodation. Another advantage of leasing appliances is that this is now a tax deductible expense.

Tenants have direct contact with us, which means that you are not inconvenienced with minor problems. If an appliance breaks down, your tenants simply call our service number and we will come out and service or replace it.

We will deliver, install and maintain domestic appliances in your property for a minimum of 12 months. We offer special rates for Letting Agents and Landlords, please call for full details.
